Between 10:30 am and 4:00 pm, guests can enjoy a selection of premium teas, accompanied by scones, gourmet pastries, and tea sandwiches, all within the majestic ambiance of Toronto’s iconic castle.

Priced at $75 per person, plus applicable taxes and gratuities, this event not only provides a delightful culinary experience but also includes access to tour the historic castle. Casa Loma, Toronto’s majestic castle, offers visitors a chance to step back in time to the Edwardian era. The former home of Toronto financier Sir Henry Pellatt, this architectural gem features decorated suites, secret passages, an 800-foot tunnel, towers, stables, and beautiful five-acre estate gardens. Self-guided multimedia tours are available in multiple languages, including English, French, Japanese, German, Italian, Spanish, Mandarin, Korean, and American Sign Language. For those planning to drive, limited parking is available onsite for $20 per vehicle. Additional paid parking can be found south of Casa Loma, at George Brown College.

Ongoing Attractions and Exhibits

In addition to High Tea, Casa Loma offers various attractions and events throughout the year. Permanent installations include the Darkside of Toronto photo exhibit and a Classic Car Collection in the castle’s stables, reflecting the castle’s heyday. The Pellatt Newsreel: The Man Who Built Casa Loma is a 22-minute docudrama narrated by Canadian comedian Colin Mochrie, tracing the life of Sir Henry Pellatt. This film is presented daily in the unfinished pool, now turned state-of-the-art screening theatre, with screenings each half hour during operating hours. The film is included in the ticket price.

Casa Loma is a family-friendly destination; however, all children must be accompanied by an adult. Children under 3 are admitted free. Please note that strollers are not recommended due to stairs, and the castle’s elevator cannot accommodate strollers. The Liberty Café and the Casa Loma Gift Shop are located on the lower level, and the Terrace Grill is seasonal. No outside food or beverages are permitted inside the building.
