Explore Whitehern through the paintings and drawings of Ruby McQuesten. Ruby was a talented artist who once supported the family financially through teaching at Ottawa Ladies’ College. Each room will feature her work offering a family-friendly glimpse into the many pieces she created and different mediums she used to express herself.

Explore the fascinating military history of Dundurn Park, once known as Burlington Heights! On a self-guided tour of the Museum, you will discover what it was like to live and work on site during the War of 1812 and the 1837 Rebellion. Your visit also includes an opportunity to dress-up at our uniform station and play in our interactive, hands-on Discovery Gallery.
