- On Friday, September 6 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., the AGO welcomes back artist and former artist-in-residence Jim Munroe for Video Game Arts Night in Walker Court, a celebration of artistic innovation and gaming. Featuring demonstrations and discussions with local artists and game developers, the event will showcase a curated selection of games that emphasize the art behind video game creation. - Beginning Friday, Sept. 13, Maker Fridays returns this fall with an exciting line up of new drop-in artmaking activities inspired by the AGO Collection and special exhibitions. Socialize, grab a drink at the atrium bar, connect and make art. No advance registration necessary and all materials are provided.

- This fall the AGO’s Audio Visual team takes over Walker Court on select Fridays. Blending music and digital projections, AV Live performances are inspired by AGO exhibitions and free with General Admission.

- On Friday, December 6 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., the AGO celebrates the opening of The Culture: Hip Hop and Contemporary Art in the 21st Century with a night of music and art. Admission to the exhibition is free for everyone and Canadian music legend, the godmother of hip hop, Michie Mee will perform at 8 p.m. This event is open to all ages. Located in Toronto, the Art Gallery of Ontario is one of the largest art museums in North America, attracting approximately one million visitors annually.
